Eight days to set everything down, release what you carry and take care of yourself on every level. Then, from that space you have found again, anchor your vision and the reality you choose for what comes next.
The jungle, the ocean and the waterfalls of Costa Rica support every step. You leave lighter, calmer, with more room inside to receive what you are calling in.
Alba means dawn in Spanish.
That moment when the night withdraws and everything becomes possible again, effortlessly, simply because the light returns.

The honest diagnosis

Your cup is full
You have been carrying a lot, for a long time. Other people, work, responsibilities, emotions never really digested. There is no room left for anything new.
A nervous system that never comes down
Even at rest, you stay on alert. Sleep no longer truly restores you. You cannot remember the last time you felt deeply calm.
A body sounding the alarm
Underlying fatigue, unpredictable digestion, energy up and down. Your body is asking for a real break, not a weekend.
An overloaded mind
Your thoughts keep spinning, decisions weigh on you. You know what would do you good, but you can no longer get there on your own.
A new reality is calling

Three movements, one single immersion
Rebalance: the body
You begin by lightening the load. Living food, movement, nature, the ocean, and for those who wish, kambo. The body unloads and finds its rhythm again, and with it your vitality and your natural defences.
Restore: the nervous system
You come down. Somatic practices, breathwork, rest, silence, cacao. Your nervous system relearns safety and calm, and your capacity to hold more expands: more joy, more energy, more abundance.
Reharmonise: the mind and the vision
You realign. Releasing limiting beliefs, hypnotic dance, vision work. From a soothed body, you set the reality you choose and anchor it so that it holds once you are home.

What you come to live
Four dimensions, one single immersion
Eight days paced between deep practices, rest and nature. Every practice is offered, never imposed: you move at your own pace.
Shamanic work
What sets us apart most.
Vision ceremonies to reconnect with your higher self and your mission. Rapé for mental clarity and grounding. Kambo (after an individual conversation) for a deep cleanse of the body and the energy field. These Medicines are not experiences: they are catalysts that create a new place in you, a new scope.
The complete reset
Eight days to switch off.
Physically, mentally, energetically. You set down everything you carry and let the power of Costa Rica’s nature do its work. Living food, movement, silence, nature. You go home lighter, realigned and, paradoxically, more effective, because you have come back to yourself.
Somatic practices and breathwork
To release what the body holds on to and regulate your nervous system in depth. Breath to let go, then to anchor what has opened.
Vision and limiting beliefs workshop
Identify what holds you back, release it, and set a clear vision of your next reality. Mindset reprogramming to anchor what you truly aspire to.
The Venue
Mandala Ojochal, Uvita · Costa Rica
Nestled in the heart of the Ojochal jungle, on Costa Rica’s Pacific coast, the Mandala Ojochal Boutique Resort & Retreat Center is one of the most vibrant places in the region. A luxury setting designed for transformation: architecture open onto the forest, a silence filled with the sounds of living things, ceremony temples, movement spaces, natural pools.
Costa Rica is not a backdrop. It is a partner in the work. The vibrational density of this land, its biodiversity, its living relationship with the sacred: everything here supports opening.
An immersive excursion into Costa Rican nature is included in the week: waterfall, jungle, ocean. A moment when the work continues in another way, in direct connection with the living world.

What is included
The complete ALBA experience
Alba does not begin in Costa Rica and does not end when you return.
It is an arc of three movements: preparation, immersion, integration.
All of it held by a circle that stays active throughout the process.
Live group preparation session
10 days before the retreat. A group call to anchor intentions, prepare body and energy, and arrive in Costa Rica in the best frame of mind. The circle’s first meeting.
8 days in Costa Rica
Immersive retreat from 7 to 14 May 2027 at Mandala Ojochal. Luxury accommodation, high-quality food, airport transfers, workshops, ceremonies, nature excursion.
Live group integration session
10 days after the retreat. A group call to anchor the transformations, set concrete actions for your return, and keep the circle’s momentum going over time.
A Telegram group
A group opened before the retreat, so you can receive information ahead of time, keep sharing with the people you connected with during the stay, and ask us all your questions.
14-day cacao dieta
Back home, you extend the week for 14 days with a short morning and evening cacao practice. It helps you keep the state you found there and supports integration into your daily life. You receive the full transmission during the retreat.
The dieta cacao is optional: you can order it during the online opening circle; it is shipped to your home before you leave and waits for you when you return. You can also use the ceremonial cacao of your choice.
The approach
Three mentors. Three medicines. One single path.
ALBA brings together three complementary approaches that, together, care for every level: the body, the nervous system, the unconscious and the energetic. Mélany, Yann and Alexia are present all week, so that everyone is seen and supported.
Together, Mélany, Yann and Alexia create a field where deep cleansing, grounding in matter and opening to the subtle planes happen at the same time. It is this synergy that makes it possible to go where no conventional support goes.
Mélany
Neuro-somatic and energy work, nervous system regulation, reprogramming of the unconscious. Her mediumship lets her quickly pinpoint the slightest block, limiting beliefs, encoded memories, self-sabotage patterns, to go to the root and unlock potential at full speed. She brings expansion, energetic strategy and clarity of vision.
Yann
Grounding, discipline, integration. His approach works through the concrete body: cellular nutrition, work with master plants, healing through sound and voice. He passes on the framework of the sacred masculine, the one that makes it possible to materialise a vision in density without losing yourself. He prepares the physical and energetic ground so that openings do not stay experiences but become foundations.
Alexia
Medicine woman, a bridge between earth and sky. Her work brings leaders back into the intelligence of the body: sensation, presence, the vital energy asleep under layers of performance. She undoes the character built to succeed and reveals the one underneath: truer, more whole. With her, you stop deciding by strategy and start deciding by what feels right, which breaks through glass ceilings.

All practices are optional. Kambo, rapé and ceremonial cacao have contraindications: taking part in each depends on the health questionnaire and a prior conversation with the team. Never stop an ongoing treatment without your doctor’s advice.
