May 7 – 14, 2027 Mandala Ojochal, Uvita, Costa Rica

A co-creation by Mélany (Kléo Phé), Yann (Algiz Harmony) and Alexia (Hazana Holistic).

Application, rates and payment

Article 1 – Purpose

These general terms and conditions govern your participation in ALBA, an 8-day, 7-night immersive retreat taking place from May 7 to 14, 2027, at Mandala Ojochal Boutique Resort & Retreat Center, in Uvita, Costa Rica. ALBA is co-facilitated by Mélany (Kléo Phé), Yann (Algiz Harmony) and Alexia (Hazana Holistic), hereinafter “the organizers”.

The ALBA experience includes three phases: preparation (a group live session about 10 days before the retreat), the immersion in Costa Rica, and integration (a group live session about 10 days after the retreat).

By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions in full.

Article 2 – Application and confirmation

Participation in ALBA is by application, in several steps:

  1. completing the online registration form and accepting these general terms and conditions;
  2. a call with one of the organizers if needed, and always if you wish to receive Kambo;
  3. approval of your application by the organizers;
  4. payment of the €1,500 deposit.

Your place is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit, after your application has been approved. The group is limited to 12 participants. Places are allocated in the order in which deposits are received.

If you are coming with someone, each person completes their own application form.

To preserve the safety, coherence and strength of the circle, the organizers reserve the right not to accept an application, without having to give reasons. No payment is collected before approval.

Cancellations, travel and insurance

Article 6 – Cancellation by you

Any cancellation must be notified in writing, by email.

A. Cancellation for personal reasons

  • The €1,500 deposit is non-refundable. However, it is transferable to another person if you find someone to replace you, provided their application is approved by the organizers.
  • Cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the retreat (before April 7, 2027): only the deposit is retained. Any balance already paid is refunded.
  • Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before the start (April 7 to 21, 2027): 50% of the total amount is due.
  • Cancellation less than 15 days before the start (from April 22, 2027): the full amount is due.

B. Cancellation for a documented reason (illness, accident, family emergency supported by a document)

  • The €1,500 deposit is non-refundable, but remains transferable under the same conditions.
  • Cancellation more than 15 days before the start (before April 22, 2027): only the deposit is retained. Any balance already paid is refunded.
  • Cancellation less than 15 days before the start (from April 22, 2027): 50% of the total amount is due.

The Premium Package follows the same rules as the retreat.

Late arrival, early departure or not taking part in certain practices or in the excursion does not entitle you to any refund.

Article 7 – Changes or cancellation by the organizers

In the event of exceptional circumstances preventing the retreat from taking place on the planned dates (illness of an organizer, an issue with the venue, travel restrictions, natural disaster, force majeure), the organizers will propose new dates by mutual agreement with registered participants. If the new dates do not suit you, all amounts paid to the organizers will be refunded in full.

The organizers cannot be held responsible for any other costs incurred (flights, accommodation before or after the retreat, etc.).

Article 8 – Travel and documents

You are responsible for arranging and paying for your travel to San José airport (SJO), and for the validity of your travel documents (passport, entry requirements for Costa Rica, any health formalities). We invite you to check these requirements with the relevant authorities before booking your flight.

The arrival and departure times to respect for the transfers are sent to you after your registration. Please wait until your place is confirmed before booking your flight.

Article 9 – Travel insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses abroad and repatriation, as soon as your registration is confirmed. This insurance is at your own expense.

Health, Kambo and retreat framework

Article 10 – Health and contraindications

By registering, you confirm that you have answered the questions in the form about your physical and psychological health truthfully and completely, and that you are fit to take part in the activities offered, including the nature excursion.

You commit to informing us without delay, in writing to contact@kleophe.com, yann@algizharmony.com and contact@hazanaholistic.com, of any change in your situation between your registration and the retreat (new treatment, pregnancy, surgery, psychological episode, etc.). Never stop an ongoing treatment without your doctor’s advice.

Any omission, concealment or inaccurate information regarding your health is your sole responsibility and may lead to your exclusion from one or more practices, or from the retreat, without refund.

Article 11 – Ceremonial practices and Kambo

The retreat includes in particular: ceremonial Cacao, Rapé, Kambo ceremonies, somatic practices and breathwork, hypnotic dance, a vision and limiting-belief release workshop, and a nature excursion.

These practices can cause intense reactions: heightened emotions, altered states of consciousness, various physical sensations, nausea, vomiting, somatic releases, temporary fatigue. Kambo, Rapé and ceremonial Cacao have contraindications: your participation in each of these practices depends on your health questionnaire and the prior conversation with the team.

All practices are optional. They are invitations: you remain free, at every moment, to choose how far you engage, while respecting the space being held and the process of others.

For those who wish to receive Kambo:

  • an individual call is always arranged before approval;
  • dietary preparation may be requested; instructions are sent to you ahead of the retreat;
  • a specific liability waiver must be signed before the ceremony.

The organizers reserve the right to refuse or stop the administration of Kambo, or participation in any other practice, if they consider that safety conditions are not met. This does not entitle you to any refund.

Article 12 – Retreat framework and rules

You commit to:

  • not consuming alcohol, recreational drugs or any substance not disclosed to the organizers throughout the retreat;
  • following the organizers’ instructions during ceremonies and the excursion, and remaining in the ceremonial space until it is closed, except in case of major necessity communicated to one of the organizers;
  • informing the organizers immediately of any discomfort or difficulty;
  • respecting the venue, its staff, the organizers, the other participants and the logistical framework (punctuality, attendance at practices).

During the excursion and free time in nature (jungle, waterfalls, ocean), you remain responsible for your own safety and for following the instructions given on site, especially regarding swimming.

The organizers reserve the right to ask a person to leave the retreat if their behavior compromises the safety or well-being of the group, without refund. Any early return costs are then at that person’s expense.

Article 13 – Confidentiality

What is shared in the circle stays in the circle, including during the live sessions and in the Telegram group. You commit not to disclose the sharing, experiences and stories of other participants. You remain free to share your own experience, while respecting the sacred nature of the group ceremonies.

Article 14 – Image rights

Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for communication purposes (Instagram, websites, newsletters and other media related to Kléo Phé, Algiz Harmony and Hazana Holistic). You may at any time ask not to be photographed, or withdraw your consent for an image already published. No image in which you are recognizable during a sensitive moment (ceremony, vulnerability, intimate sharing) will be published without your prior consent. The online live sessions are not broadcast publicly.

Article 15 – Personal data

The information provided in the application form, including your health data, is strictly confidential. It is used solely for the preparation and smooth running of the retreat, and is only accessed by the organizers.

You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of this information by writing to contact@kleophe.com.

Article 16 – Nature of the practices

ALBA is a well-being and personal development experience. It does not in any way constitute a medical, therapeutic, psychological or psychiatric service. The organizers are neither doctors nor psychotherapists. The practices offered are neither a diagnosis nor a treatment, and do not replace follow-up by a healthcare professional. No health outcome is guaranteed.

You take part of your own free will and take responsibility for your experience and the choices you make during and after the retreat. You release the organizers, their associates and the host venue from any liability for harm resulting from your participation, except in cases of gross or intentional misconduct by the organizers.

Article 17 – Governing law

These general terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Vaud.

Article 18 – Acceptance

By ticking the corresponding box in the application form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these general terms and conditions in full.
