Each journey is personalized according to needs. Individual sessions (1 to 1.5 hours) are complemented by ongoing support via Telegram, as well as tailored resources (meditations, therapies, hypnosis). The support can last from 1 to 6 months depending on the chosen formula, with a progression designed to integrate deeply into your daily life and energy.
