In the alchemical tradition, the Great Work (Magnum Opus) is, precisely, the process of transmutation that turns lead into gold : in other words the raw materials into pure essence.

AURUM is a 10-month arc of transformation. Every element of the program is designed to prepare the next: the live sessions lay the foundations, the individual sessions reach your specific knots, the dieta cleanses the ground, and the retreat shifts what needs to shift.

A group of 10 leaders. Each live session targets a precise dimension of your transformation, from August to December 2026. The three mentors are present at every session.
3 individual sessions
One 1.5-hour session with each mentor (Mélany, Yann, Alexia). Focused work on your specific challenges. To be booked between October 2026 and January 2027.

The AURUM Retreat – Costa Rica

Eight days at the heart of the Costa Rican jungle, in one of the most vibrant places on the planet. This is where the mentorship shifts from understanding to experience.
During this week, our three approaches converge in the intensity of the living. The work goes where neither live sessions nor individual sessions can reach: into the deep layers of the body, the unconscious, and energy. What unfolds here is a direct encounter with whatever is still keeping you from fully occupying your place.
Those who have gone through this kind of process in a leadership context come out with two things: radical clarity on their mission, and reconciliation with the parts of themselves they had denied in order to perform. The mask falls. What remains is more solid than anything they had built before.
For those who choose it, the retreat includes the possibility of working with ancestral shamanic medicines: powerful catalysts for clearing and expansion, held with rigor and deep respect for tradition. 2026-2027 : a year unlike any other
The economic, political and energetic foundations are shifting. The market is restructuring. The models that worked through force, volume or aggressive marketing are reaching the end of their run. AURUM’s astrological window
The program begins in late August 2026 under Jupiter in Leo : the planet of expansion in the sign of sovereignty. A window that only opens once every twelve years. The retreat is set on the New Moon in Scorpio of November 9 (transformation, new beginnings) and the Full Moon in Gemini of November 24 (integration, expression). The program closes at the June 2027 solstice: a complete cycle, from seed to bloom.
