Hypnosis is a powerful technique that allows access to the unconscious to identify and transform limiting beliefs. In a state of deep relaxation, you can explore your mental patterns and release the emotional blockages that hinder your development.

Your subscription includes monthly workshops and unlimited access to replays, covering themes as diverse as unconscious beliefs, hypnosis, energy work, or nervous system regulation. These workshops are also timeless and can be attended according to your current needs.

This obviously depends on the issue and its origin, but often we can clarify a significant part of the subject in a 1.5-hour session. Sometimes it requires several sessions, which is normal because there needs to be a time for awareness and then integration to delve deeper into the subject. The origins of a problem can be multiple and may require several sessions to address and regulate on different levels. It’s also important to be aware that some problems find their solution in holistic support that combines my work with that of other practitioners, as we can each bring our tools to relieve you from different angles and perspectives.

I use my own method, inspired by various teachings I have received. I may sometimes use hypnosis, visualization, energy work, breathing practices, and movements to release the body (Holosomatic Body Therapy®) when an emotion or trauma has crystallized in a specific area. I will guide you online to breathe in a certain way and to manipulate yourself in specific regions of your body.

If you suffer from psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia, paranoia, manic-depression, bipolar disorder, or borderline personality disorder, it is not recommended to use certain practices that I offer. I therefore recommend consulting your treating physician and a specialist to assist you.
